Can I cancel the order if the item has been shipped?
Sorry, we don’t accept any cancellation once the order has been shipped. If you don’t want your order anymore, you have to follow our return policy strictly to return.

How can I pay for my order?

What are your business days? I want to know when will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed and shipped during our business days from Monday to Friday.

What shipping service do you offer?
A standard shipping service will be offered to you. Usually select from USP, USPS, DHL, and non-US regions can also be sent by international express.

What can I do if I don’t receive my ordered items?
You can contact the logistics company to inquire about the actual situation and inform us about the trouble. A helpful solution will be provided to you.

 

Return and refund

If I don’t like the material and use the experience of the N95 face mask, can I return it?
Sorry, due to the consideration of personal health protection, disposable products are not eligible to be returned once opened and used. So we strongly advise you to contact us for help if you have any concerns or questions.

When will I get my payment back if I have successfully returned my order?
Once our warehouse receives the returned item and confirms it’s resaleable, a full refund will be issued within 2-3 days.
